The role of
the producer was to plan and to make the audience entertained
The audience
are the consumer s of the show.
In the
beginning we are shown that Michael is getting a tattoo this was his him
planning to get his brother out of prison. We are shown many flashbacks if
Michael.
The hero –
Michael Scoffield, he tries to rescue his brother from prison. His brother Lincoln

tone is mature

The prize and dispatcher:
is the brother.
There is
flashbacks when he think about the time he was visiting his brother. This is
used to tell us why he decided to be in prison.

beginning he was at a Location which was tattoo shop, late at night
The villain:
is the government because they put him in prison
The donor:
Doctor Sarah
It’s a
discontinuity because there is a flashback
In prison
break there is a time and space within the show because the events occur as a
single framework. There is a cliff-hanger, this is used to make the audience
gravitate toward the show
Chronology –
in prison break the events starts of in order , i.e. Michael goes to the tattoo
shop to get a tattoo, then he robs a bank, then he goes to court and then
prison, this is shown to the audience so that the audience can understand why
he was planning to go prison.
Mode of address- 1/3 person
Narrative – its
first person narrative because we are going through this journey with Michael.
The serial
format is split into different episodes.
Linear because
beginning middle and end.
Concurrent/ parallel:
The show is concurrent because there more than one event for example the uncle
is in prison but his nephew get arrested for drugs.
